Overflow Drain Cover BathShroom BTHSH620 White Fuller Warmer Baths

Description

Product Overview

The BathShroom Overflow Drain Cover in classic white is engineered to transform the bathing experience for anyone who prefers a deeper, more luxurious soak. Constructed from high‑grade, impact‑resistant plastic, the cover offers a durable, matte finish that resists discoloration and cracking even after repeated exposure to hot water and cleaning agents. Its compact dimensions—6 inches wide by 1.8 inches high—allow it to sit discreetly over standard bathtub overflow openings while providing a robust barrier against accidental water loss.

At the heart of the design are twelve strategically placed suction cups that create a uniform, airtight seal each time the cover is positioned. These cups are engineered to adhere firmly to the smooth porcelain surface of most bathtubs, ensuring that the cover remains in place without the need for adhesives, screws, or any permanent modifications. The suction system distributes pressure evenly, preventing any single point from bearing the full load, which enhances both comfort and longevity.

Beyond its functional attributes, the BathShroom cover integrates seamlessly with a wide range of bathroom décor styles. The clean, white finish complements both contemporary minimalist designs and more traditional, pastel‑toned settings. Because the product is made in the USA, it adheres to strict quality‑control standards, guaranteeing consistency across every unit shipped.

Installation is straightforward: simply align the cover over the existing overflow drain, press the suction cups firmly against the tub surface, and the cover locks into place. No tools, no drilling, and no additional hardware are required, making it an ideal solution for renters or anyone who wishes to avoid permanent alterations. The cover also includes a subtle lip that prevents water from seeping underneath, further reinforcing its seal.

With a lightweight construction weighing just 2.46 ounces, the cover can be easily removed for cleaning or storage. Its compact size means it can be stored in a bathroom cabinet when not in use, and the plastic material is resistant to mold and mildew, ensuring a hygienic environment for every bath.

Usage

Designed for fuller and warmer baths, the BathShroom Overflow Drain Cover is perfect for adults who enjoy long, relaxing soaks. Whether you are unwinding after a workout, soothing sore muscles, or simply indulging in a spa‑like experience at home, the cover allows you to raise the water level safely, extending the depth of your tub without the risk of overflow.

Because the cover works with virtually all standard bathtub overflow drains, it is suitable for a variety of bathroom layouts, including freestanding tubs, alcove installations, and even some walk‑in shower‑tub combos. Its universal fit means you can use it in guest bathrooms, rental properties, or your primary residence without worrying about compatibility issues.

The product is especially beneficial for families with children who may be prone to splashing, as the secure seal prevents water from escaping onto bathroom floors, reducing slip hazards. Additionally, the cover can be employed during household cleaning routines to keep water contained while you scrub tiles or apply cleaning solutions, making it a versatile tool for everyday maintenance.

FAQ

Can the cover be used on acrylic tubs?

Yes, the suction cups are designed to adhere to smooth, non‑porous surfaces such as acrylic, porcelain, and fiberglass. For optimal performance, ensure the tub surface is clean and dry before installation.

Will the suction cups lose grip over time?

The cups are made from a durable silicone‑based material that maintains its grip even after repeated use. Regular cleaning with mild soap and water will keep them free of residue and preserve suction strength.

Is the cover compatible with bathtub overflow alarms?

The cover does not interfere with standard overflow alarm mechanisms. If your tub is equipped with an alarm, the cover can be placed over the drain without disabling the alarm’s functionality.

How do I clean the cover?

Simply rinse the cover with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the plastic surface.

What is the warranty period?

BathShroom offers a one‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues within this period, contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
